Human Resources Manager (HRM)

Requirements

Hold min S1 all majorsHave a deep knowledge in Human Resources activities (recruiting, training and compensation)Min 5 years experienced in HRD field, preferably experienced in finance intitution)Have good persuasion, negotiation, and communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work as teamProactive and initiate highComputer literate (especially Microsoft office) Credit Review Head Micro Finance (CR)

Requirements

Hold min S1 all majorsExperienced min 3 years as Credit Reviewer or Collection Manager or Cluster Manager in Bank or non bank financial institutionHave a good knowledge in Credit Risk Management in Micro FinanceAble to motivate a team and have a good leadershipAble to work individualy and as a teamHave a good communication skills, proactive and high initiation Internal Auditor (IA-QAIA)

Requirements:

Min. S1 Degree in Accounting / Management / System Information.Min. 3 years working experience as an Internal Audit or public accountant office in financial institutionHave a Certified as Quality Internal Audit (QIA)Deep understanding on forex and BAPEPAM Regulation highly preferredGood command in English both oral and writtenHave a good communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work as teamProactive and high initiativeAble to work under pressure and tight deadlineAdaptive and fast learnerComputer literate (especially Microsoft office)
